Today is officially day 3 of working out. Today i went for 25 minutes and just did the treadmill. Next Wednesday i have an appt with a trainer to get started on a new program called fit linx. It will target the best machines to help Lose weight. My goal now is to lose the weight, then to tone. The thing i seem to forget the most, is that i need to drink water, which i dont like to do, but i have to remember to do that.
Today was a bad food day. I ate almost an entire 1/2 of a frozen cheese pizza, so tonight will be a baked potato for dinner. and i think i might even go back tonight and do the bike and eliptical for 30 minutes. We'll see though how the night goes, HA!!!

Day 1 of a Brand New ME
Today i has a revelation. Something i have always said but never followed through. I am tired of being tired, feeling old, and fat. I am changing that. I have joined the gym, and i am ready to change. I am doing this for myself. Not to please anyone else.
A friend of mine also joined. We are going to do this together. Funny thing is we both are right neck in neck in weight so we will keep each other motivated!
I am going to use this blog to vent when i need to vent, but to share my excitement when i have a good week! ANd i will post all of my progress!
So, tomorrow i will post a picture of my starting,
ANd my starting weight 222 1/4. about 80 pounds to go! HA!
My struggle will NOT be exercise, but be food! im hoping if i eat bad, i can work out extra! i don't deal well with KNOWING I cant eat something like with WW or diets so im just gonna try to cut back and not look at it as a diet.
Goal is 20 pounds off by June 8th!
