Today is officially day 3 of working out. Today i went for 25 minutes and just did the treadmill. Next Wednesday i have an appt with a trainer to get started on a new program called fit linx. It will target the best machines to help Lose weight. My goal now is to lose the weight, then to tone. The thing i seem to forget the most, is that i need to drink water, which i dont like to do, but i have to remember to do that.
Today was a bad food day. I ate almost an entire 1/2 of a frozen cheese pizza, so tonight will be a baked potato for dinner. and i think i might even go back tonight and do the bike and eliptical for 30 minutes. We'll see though how the night goes, HA!!!
